Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Hours – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)
Working Days: 5/6 days a week (as per company policy)
Note: No cab facility provided
Flexibility: May be required to work in flexible shifts as per operational needs
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support and possess strong communication skills to handle dynamic operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
- Adapt to changing operational requirements and support business needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a similar customer support role (BPO/KPO/EdTech/Service Industry preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational requirements and shift changes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
