Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide software Support and training to customers on calls
- Should be able to answer calls timely ensuring adherence to the process standards
- Attend incoming customer calls and take appropriate action to resolve users query
- Should be able to respond to the customer in an excellent professional manner.
- Must have the ability to effectively resolve software users query
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients
- Attend calls and provide software solution
- Follow up customer calls wherever is necessary
- Financial & Taxation Knowledge will be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate commitment and passion for resolving customer issues
- Candidate should be Graduate with sound Computer knowledge.
- Good Communication skill.
- Candidates willing to work at Ahmedabad location only apply.
