looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end coordination with patients, doctors, and B2B partners in genetic testing business.
Responsibilities include arranging genetic counselling, sharing reports, scheduling B2B meetings, maintaining customer databases on Google Sheets/Excel, and supporting logistics operations (forward & reverse shipments).
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable with multitasking, and have 1–3 years of experience in customer service or healthcare.
Should be comfortable with Hindi and Telugu Language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
