Position: International Customer Support (Inbound Process)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 (based on performance & experience)
Shifts: Rotational (24/7) – Monthly/Quarterly roster
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Transport: Home Pick-up & Drop (as per shift timings)
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate – Freshers Welcome
HSC – 18 months’ Experience / Freshers Welcome
10th + 3-Year Diploma – Freshers Welcome
10th + 1 Year Experience
Experience:
3+ Years in any sector (Customer Support preferred)
Must provide work experience documents & relieving letters
Communication Skills:
Excellent English fluency (10/10) is mandatory
Transport Boundaries:
Mira Road to Mira Road
CST to Thane
CST to Vashi
(Outside candidates can apply but must manage their own travel.)
