We are looking for a candidate with following responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, be able to multitask.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
It's morning Shift only (9AM to 5:30PM).
Extra Preferrence if you know 2+ languages.
