Job Description : Support Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Exp : 1 to 3 years
Shift Timing : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am
Location : Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle routine support issues such as:
○ User setup, login problems, password resets, deactivating
○ New Tenant / Metabase Setup Items (SMTP setup, subscription setup)
○ End to End Testing of new Tenants
○ Visit Failure Monitoring & Scribe Retries
○ Generating or assisting with monthly reports
○ Supporting onboarding tasks for new customers
● Use existing guides to resolve common problems
● Write clear notes and context for more complex tickets before escalating to Tier
● Identify opportunities to improve or expand internal guides and processes
● Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email or ticketing systems
