Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat).
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Job Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Communication Skills: Good command of English and/or local language(s)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and typing.
