About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in English (Honours) along with experience in customer service or sales coordination. Candidates from the hotel/hospitality industry will be given preference due to their strong communication, client handling, and coordination skills.
This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating sales activities, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and supporting clients with timely updates and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, and internal departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Proactively manage and follow up on repeat orders from existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to existing clients, helping them find additional value while increasing revenue.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in English (Hons.) or equivalent (mandatory).
- Experience: Min 3 years in customer service or sales coordination.
- Preference for candidates from the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office , Google Sheet.
