Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process at Stenger. In this role, you will interact with global customers, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer satisfaction with timely and professional communication
- Update call logs and follow up where necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptive to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: ₹1,000
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000
- Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday
