Roles & Responsibility
Scrutinize & upload medical reports as per QC checklist.
**Coordinate with diagnostic centers for follow-ups & timely dispatch.
**Resolve grievances related to report errors.
**Update & share Show/No-Show status with teams.
**Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
**Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–2 years’ experience (Insurance/TPA preferred).
**Knowledge of Life Insurance operations & MS Office.
**Strong coordination & time management skills.
**Hindi proficiency.
