About the Role
We are looking for a Kannada-speaking female Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves handling user queries through calls and messages, ensuring smooth support and building strong relationships with our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming user calls and respond to messages in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding app usage, account issues, payouts, and other queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution.
- Record and update call/chat details in the support system for tracking and analysis.
- Assist in preparing FAQs and canned responses to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work from office.
- Fluency in Kannada (spoken & written) is mandatory; knowledge of English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, handling support tools, MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Prior experience in customer support / call center / BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
