Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Medical Billing (Voice Process)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for a medical billing (voice) process related to appointment scheduling. The role requires strong communication skills and prior BPO experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service calls related to appointment scheduling (medical billing process).
- Ensure accurate communication and documentation of customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer support in line with US process requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Must clear B2 US Voice Versant assessment.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹26,000 CTC
Interview Rounds:
- HR Round
- 2 Operations Rounds
Work Schedule:
- 5.5 days working with rotational shifts and week-offs.
- Rotational night shifts applicable.
Transportation:
- Up to 180 night shifts allowed for male employees.
- One-sided cab facility for female employees during odd hours.
