As a Customer Support & Client Success Executive, you will help our customers with their queries, guide them during software setup, and build strong client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the software/IT industry and learn sales, support, and client management.

What You’ll Do
Talk to customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Help schedule demos and explain product features.
Assist in onboarding new customers (installation + first use).
Collect reviews, feedback, and customer success stories.
Update customer details in the system (CRM).

Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates (any degree).
Good communication in Tamil & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp for Business).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
No prior experience required – training will be provided.
