Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth loan processing, and supporting disbursement and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and source LAP/HL customers through field visits, references, and tele-calling.
- Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and disbursement process.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth file processing and approvals.
- Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up on leads and queries.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options clearly to customers.
- Achieve assigned targets for loan disbursal and customer acquisition.
- Ensure complete adherence to compliance, documentation, and KYC norms.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Finance/Commerce)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in LAP/HL sales or customer service in NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
- Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior
Salary: As per industry standards
