Role Summary
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role acts as a key link between stores, customers, and brand service teams.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as an intermediary between stores and brand service teams to resolve service-related issues.
- Receive service watches from stores and escalate issues to respective brands.
- Record and update service details in the system for escalation and tracking.
- Follow up with brands to ensure timely completion of pending services.
- Assist the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in maintaining and updating the customer database.
- Manage logistics and coordination for the transfer of service watches between stores and service centers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
