RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (CRE) :
- Deliver organization details in order to persuade potential customers.
- Explain about clients and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and fix appointments.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial donor contacts.
- Participate in the day to day work of the organisation - such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
- Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role.
