Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with tenants and property owners regarding services and updates
- Coordinate property visits and inspections as required
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Support marketing and outreach activities at the local level
- Maintain records of client interactions and updates in the system
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: ₹23,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience) + incentives
