Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our Language Academy division. The CRO will serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey throughout the admission. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service mindset, and a passion for helping students achieve their global education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle client inquiry and Follow-Up: Responsible for handling inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, offering clear and accurate information regarding, languages, training opportunities, international exams. Make regular follow up with leads to guide them for the admission process, while also building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
· Front Office Management: This role involves managing front desk operations in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring that every visitor is received with courtesy and efficiency. The officer will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining reception logs, and handling all incoming and outgoing communications.
· Tele calling & Lead Conversion: The officer must actively conduct outbound tele calling activities aimed at lead generation, follow-ups, and lead conversion and also maintain detailed call records.
· Administrative & Operational Support: Assist students with registration and booking for international language proficiency exams such as IELTS, OET, and PTE. They will also handle daily administrative duties, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure that accurate student records are maintained and updated in the CRM system in a timely manner.
· Technology & Tools: Proficiency in using MS Excel for reporting and data tracking, familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions and progress. The officer should also possess a basic understanding of Tally software to handle simple accounting tasks and maintain relevant financial documentation.
· Social Media & Branding: The officer will support the digital marketing team by contributing to the management of official social media accounts, posting updates, sharing student success stories, and publishing educational content. Will be responsible for collecting and compiling testimonials from satisfied clients to be used for promotional activities.
· Event & Campaign Support: Support in organizing and participating in seminars, info sessions and education fairs.
· Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Collecting feedback from students and parents to continuously improve the quality of services offered is vital. The officer must also address concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Communication).
· 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or student support roles (preferably in language academy / education institution).
· Freshers with excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills also can apply.
· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
· Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
