Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with prospective and existing students, providing them with guidance, and ensuring a smooth admission and service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Provide accurate information about our UG & PG courses and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records
- Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process
- Maintain student database and update CRM systems
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with the main office in Dubai for updates and approvals
- Resolve student concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or front office roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
