Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Night Shift)
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai
Shift: Night Shift (US hours as applicable)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats during night shift.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to products, services, or accounts.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call logs, customer details, and issue-tracking in CRM systems.
- Meet performance targets (response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in a night shift with rotational week-offs.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in customer service/BPO preferred but not mandatory.
