Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Position Overview
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage client interactions professionally across phone, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain positive and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Work closely with internal teams to address recurring customer concerns.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
