We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly targets such as call handling, resolution time, and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as required).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
