Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via chat and voice calls
- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Freshers & candidates with prior chat or customer service experience are welcome
- Communication: Should be confident, good comprehension & vocabulary skills
- Computer Knowledge: Basic system handling is a must
- Gender: Both Male and Female can apply
- Interview Mode: Face-to-face only
- Cab Facility: Available
Shift Details:
- For Female Candidates: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM window for girls
- For Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (24x7 with Night Shifts)
Work Days:
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Off
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹23,000 - 25,000 CTC
- Experienced (Chat/Customer Support): ₹31,000 CTC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
