Job Responsibility
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Support Executive/Customer Relationship Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CSE/CRE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Present and promote products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Submit reports and forecasts to management as required
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales role (B2B or inside sales).
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
