We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.
