Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for civil and structural works, including foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, site layouts, and drainage systems.
Develop detailed design deliverables such as plans, sections, elevations, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and reinforcement detailing (RC detailing).
Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations into accurate CAD drawings.
Work collaboratively with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve design issues.
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, industry codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Technology or Drafting.
Experience in civil/structural design, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SmartPlant 3D, or similar design software.
Knowledge of international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, etc.).
Strong understanding of construction techniques, structural systems, and materials.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and detailed drawings.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with project stages: FEED, detailed design, IFC (Issued for Construction), and As-Built documentation.
