Job Title: CRM- Jr. Officer
Experience: 3–4 Years
Location: Shivaji Nagar
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Agreement Management cycle including preparation and handling of NOC, Collection, Agreement Registration, and Demand Letters.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, payments, and timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer agreements and payment schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Accounts) to ensure smooth agreement processing.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to agreements and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of agreement documentation & registration process.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
