Role Overview
The CRM Executive will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the showroom’s CRM and operational software systems. The role is crucial in ensuring accurate data management, smooth digital operations, and system adoption by showroom staff. By enabling efficient use of CRM, the executive will enhance customer engagement, improve sales processes, and support inventory and billing accuracy in a luxury diamond jewelry environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for the showroom’s CRM and related business applications.
- Monitor daily data entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates by sales and operations staff.
- Guide and train showroom staff in effectively using CRM tools for customer engagement, sales, and after-sales service.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, including customer records, purchase history, and follow-up schedules.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports/dashboards to support sales targets, inventory planning, and customer service excellence.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues, liaise with IT/vendors for escalations, and ensure quick resolution.
- Support integration of CRM with billing, loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and inventory management systems.
- Assist in implementing digital initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data confidentiality and customer information handling.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM support/operations (experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local/regional languages a plus).
- Ability to train and support non-technical showroom staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
