About the Job 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient CRM person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer documentation, resolving post-sales queries, and ensuring smooth payment collection while maintaining accurate records.   

Job Description

1. Execute customer documents efficiently and in high volumes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
2. Resolve post-sales customer queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
3. Manage and follow up on payment collection processes, working closely with the finance team
4. Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports using advanced Excel skills
5. Collaborate with various departments to streamline document execution and query resolution processes
6. Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness

Key Skills needed & Qualifications:

1. Graduate/MBA with 2+ years experience in documentation 
2. Excellent communication both writing and speaking skills.
3. Advance Excel

CTC    

1. Up to 8 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate).
2. Corporate health insurance
