- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, needs, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' issues and objectives.
- Assist clients in coping with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship problems.
- Encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth in clients.
- Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines. Offer crisis intervention support when necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in counseling and psychology.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, or group counseling sessions when required.
