The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals. This role requires collaboration with department heads to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions that contribute to overall employee development and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and customize training programs based on organizational needs and skill gaps.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual, for employees at all levels.
- Develop training manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support effective learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide individual support to employees to ensure the application of training in day-to-day activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging training methodologies to improve programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in training tools and software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
