Role & responsibilities
- This incumbent will be responsible for driving Institutional Sales & BD plan across the Region. Product specification and aggressively reach out to customers.
- Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific region.
- Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Faade consultants, Contractors etc.).
- Handling Key accounts in all major verticals in B2B i.e. Hospitality, Healthcare, Institutions (private & public), Corporates & Developers.
- Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry.
- Regular updating leads and follow ups on CRM and ensure timely report for all weekly/monthly reviews.
Key Accountability:-
- Identifying potential clients (Building Material Companies) and making compelling concept presentations to them.
- Understanding the clients' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them
- Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.
- Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, and business heads of different brands

- Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, and consultants for project sales.
- Generate leads and convert them into project orders.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the internal teams for timely delivery and project support.
- Track and update market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and product presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
