About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing agency. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales process by managing and nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with lead information.
Sales Support:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the creation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses and decision-making.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Manage sales-related correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
