Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients and grow existing accounts.
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to drive business value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–5 years of corporate/B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
