Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Copywriting
Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for:
Project brochures, flyers, hoardings, and sales collateral
Social media posts, ads, captions, and video scripts
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and landing page content
Website pages and blogs
Emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and SMS copy
Internal branding and corporate communication
2. Branding & Storytelling
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Develop unique project identities, taglines, and campaign slogans that highlight project USPs.
3. Research & Ideation
Understand buyer personas, market trends, and project specifications to craft tailored messaging.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark industry communication styles.
4. Content Optimization
Align copy with SEO best practices where applicable (especially for website and blog content).
A/B test content and messaging to refine for better engagement and lead conversion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or Marketing.
2–5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or advertising agencies.
Key Skills:
Excellent command of English; regional language skills are a plus.
Ability to adapt tone and style based on project type (affordable housing vs luxury, commercial vs residential).
Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with real estate buyer journeys, pain points, and emotional triggers.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in writing for real estate project launches or high-involvement products.
Portfolio of previous campaigns, project brochures, or digital content.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
