Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP Concur stream in alignment with the overall S/4HANA program.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Travel & Expense management.
• Configure and deploy Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice as applicable).
• Drive integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA (via middleware such as SAP CPI or PI/PO).
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
• Support data migration activities, particularly around employee, cost center, and vendor master data.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Deliver training and support change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with security teams for role and access configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues post go-live during hypercare.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur.
• Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules: Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice.
• Experience in integrating SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA using middleware (CPI preferred).
• Knowledge of employee master data management and cost object structures in S/4HANA.
• Experience in working with Concur Support Portal and managing configuration through SAP Concur Admin.
