Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Recruiter/Non Technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting across various verticals, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and leveraging multiple sourcing channels. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer roll-out.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports to track progress and effectiveness.
- Recruitment Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
