What You'll Do
Build content strategies for flagship IPs (D2C Summit, AI Summit, FAST42, D2C Retreat); craft crisp positioning and messaging for each IP and ensure consistency across channels.
Drive acquisition and engagement with content-led campaigns across formats—videos/reels, newsletters, social, case studies, and landing pages.
Co-create concepts with design and write tight creative briefs; own the asset lifecycle end-to-end (ideation → production → QA → deployment) and maintain a reusable repository.
Lead integrated brand campaigns (online + offline) for Inc42 and its IPs; partner with performance, social, and partnerships for amplification.
Own messaging frameworks, storylines, and audience segmentation while maintaining a premium brand voice.
Align with sales, product, and partnerships on business goals; amplify via editorial and community channels; coordinate vendors/agencies as needed.
Track reach, engagement, CTR, CVR, and brand lift; run experiments and iterate based on insights.
Maintain campaign calendars and launch on schedule.
What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)
1–3 years in content marketing at a startup or media/consumer tech platform
Sharp writing/editing with a strong sense of brand voice and narrative structure
Experience planning multi-channel content calendars and launches
Comfort with analytics/dashboards (GA4/attribution) and A/B testing
Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM (MoEngage/HubSpot) and CMS/workflow tools
Event/IP marketing exposure; basic SEO and on-page optimization
Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating closely with design/video
Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) and light video/editing tools
