Job details
Job Title               - SAP BASIS Consultant.
Job Type              - Full-time
Shift                      - Day / Night shift, Ready to work on Weekends on rotational & compensatory work off basis.
 

Roles and Responsibilities

•    Strong Experience in ERP & S/4Hana installations, 
•    Strong Experience in OS/DB migrations and S/4 and B/4 Conversions
•    Strong Experience in SPS, EHPS and version upgrades
•    Must have a exposure in CRM and BTP
•    Experience in Unicode Conversions
•    Resolving incidents including major Issues during upgrades and Migrations (production and non-production systems) and analysis of the problem to find a permanent fix.
•    Worked in ticket-based support area and level 2 troubleshooting issues\problems - Adherence to SLAs for High, Intermediate, and Low issues.
•    Very good understanding of complex architectures and maintenance activities.
•    Delivery and maintenance of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.
•    Strong BASIS tech skills in Net weaver concepts and products (ERP or S/4 HANA, BW, PI, FIORI, Solution Manager, BODS, BOBJ, Cloud Connector, CRM, SRM, EWM).
•    SSO configuration and support experience
•    Strong experience in applying sap notes, support packs, kernel upgrades.
•    Strong experience in upgrades, client copies, system copies and refreshes.
•    Working knowledge of support activities like, performance tuning, printer configuration
•    Good knowledge in AWS, Azure and GCP
•    Perform Root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive escalations calls with the customer.
•    Experience in DR and HA will be added advantage.
•    Ready to work in shifts and weekends.

Required Education and Experience:
•         Bachelor’s Degree and 5 to 8 years of experience
•         SAP BASIS, DBA Certifications in Administration area will be added advantage.
•         Effective oral and written communication skills.
•         Understanding the importance of teamwork and being a team player.
•         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•         Ability to work independently with no supervision on Projects.
•         Ability to direct local Support personnel on day-to-day operational tasks.
•         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
