We are seeking a Construction Machinery Rental Executive who will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating machinery rentals, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of rental contracts. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a basic understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for machinery rentals through calls, emails, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team for machinery availability, pricing, and dispatch.
- Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and follow up on payments.
- Handle client queries and provide suitable rental solutions.
- Track rental contracts, documentation, and timely renewals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Civil/Mechanical field).
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or construction equipment rental is an advantage.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
