Position: Computer Operator cum Office Assistant
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
Location: Khagual, Patna
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any field. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Office Management.
- Proficiency in typing in both English and Hindi.
- Required Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of email handling and internet browsing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations as directed by senior staff.
- Manage office tasks such as record-keeping, file maintenance, documentation and bookkeeping.
- Maintain and present files, documents, and data as required.
- Manage financial records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office tasks by managing communications and other clerical duties.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
