Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems, servers, and software applications.
- Handle daily data entry, file management, backups, and system updates.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Manage email correspondence, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist with database management, record keeping, and system security.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Support other departments with computer-related operations when needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
- Maintain inventory of IT and office equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email handling, and internet research.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
