About the Role:
We are looking for empathetic, driven, and community-focused individuals to join our team as Community Wellbeing Workers (CWWs) / Social Workers. In this role, you will work closely with community psychologists to promote mental health and psychosocial well-being at the grassroots level. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and teach sessions in communities, helping individuals and groups build awareness, resilience, and wellbeing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and activities focused on community mental health and wellbeing.
- Assist psychologists in delivering psychosocial interventions and educational programs.
- Build rapport and relationships with schools, encouraging participation and engagement.
- Provide support in school assessments, surveys, and follow-ups.
- Help identify at-risk individuals and refer them for additional support as needed.
- Maintain records and assist in basic reporting/documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and trainings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Final year (3rd year) students or graduates in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or any fields.
- Facilitation Skills: Comfort and confidence in teaching or leading group sessions in schools with girls students is essential.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills in Marathi and English.
- Empathy & Sensitivity: Strong emotional intelligence and a non-judgmental attitude toward diverse communities.
Commitment: Passion for grassroots work and community wellbeing; openness to learning and self-reflection.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Prior experience in community work, volunteering, or peer facilitation.
- Familiarity with community-based mental health approaches.
- Ability to travel to field sites as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
