Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and address issues promptly. Make outgoing calls for follow-ups, client engagement, and relationship building.
- Email Management: Respond to customer emails, ensuring that inquiries are addressed professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Client Support: Assist clients by providing information, solving problems, and coordinating follow-up actions as required.
- Database Maintenance: Accurately input and update contact information, track communication history, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client needs.
- Prepare Reports: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call volumes, email responses, and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow company communication protocols and ensure that responses are in line with company tone and policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or communication-related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage clients professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or email management systems.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) is a plus.
