Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and self-driven commission-based Sales Executives to promote and sell our products/services. This role is purely performance-based, offering high-income potential through attractive commissions. Ideal for individuals who enjoy flexible work hours and are confident in their selling abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Pitch products/services to potential clients through calls, meetings, or digital channels.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to the management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
- Commission only – Earnings are directly tied to performance.
- Per sales commission will be 25k.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
