Job Description
Handle day-to-day commercial operations for the branch.
- Process customer orders, ensuring alignment with quotes and internal guidelines (OBG compliance).
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for finalizing contracts, with a focus on commercial terms such as Incoterms, payment terms, bank guarantees, and taxation.
- Verify vendor bills and ensure timely posting of vendor invoices.
- Prepare monthly projected cash flow statements.
- Track installation reports and manage the conversion of warranties into Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Verify and book AMC contracts in SAP.
- Generate invoices and follow up on pending payments.
Requirements:
- SAP(SD,MM) Knowledge & Experience – Mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory
- Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and coordination skills are essential.
