Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with car showrooms and dealerships to drive business collaboration.
- Lead Generation & Promotion:
Promote car loan products to showroom partners, generate qualified leads, and increase loan uptake.
- Loan Facilitation:
Assist customers and showroom partners in completing loan applications and ensure smooth, end-to-end loan processing.
- Sales Achievement:
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Customer & Partner Support:
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries, providing timely updates, and maintaining long-term partner satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong Relationship Skills:
Proven ability to network, build rapport, and maintain effective working relationships.
- Effective Communication:
Ability to clearly explain loan features, terms, and benefits to both showroom partners and customers.
- Basic Financial Knowledge:
Understanding of car loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and loan processing steps.
Performance Targets:
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly car loan sales goals.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with showroom dealers.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and smooth loan application processing.
