Position Overview
Bellis Hardware Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC & 4-Axis VMC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC and 4-axis VMC machines to produce high-quality brass, stainless steel, and aluminum components for our architectural hardware product line.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CAM programs, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and achieving premium surface finishes in line with Bellis Hardware’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize CAM programs (2D and 3D) for CNC and 4-axis VMC machines using Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software.
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications to generate precise tool paths.
- Select suitable cutting tools, feeds, and speeds to achieve both accuracy and high-quality finishes, including mirror finishes on visible components.
- Perform machine setups, fixture alignment, zero-point calibration, and first-off part verification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle times, tool life, and process reliability.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and program libraries.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and precise manufacturing of parts.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance standards at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a CNC and/or 4-axis VMC Programmer in precision engineering or related industries.
- Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of machining brass, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
- Knowledge of GD&T and ability to work with tight tolerances (up to ±0.05mm).
- Ability to design fixtures and optimize processes for both functional and aesthetic components.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering preferred.
- Prior experience in architectural hardware or decorative fittings manufacturing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
