Job Title: CNC Operator

Qualification:10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines for precision cutting, shaping, and manufacturing of metal or plastic components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and programming basics
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Good problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Attention to detail and quality-conscious attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
