- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team environment.
- Support the initiation, monitoring, and close-out of clinical trial sites under supervision.
- Strong interest in clinical research and drug development.
- Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial processes (training will be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Help ensure that sites comply with protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
